The YULI (CBSMiami CBSMiami AP) A person being detained for dinner is just a joke. Police say a 36-year old Florida man has been accused of striking an individual using a fork while eating the potatoes that were not cooked properly. The report of arrest says that the victim claimed to a witness that Crampton struck her head with an fork.
Crumpton admitted to investigators that the fork he threw at her head and she said it “bounced over her face.”
Police reported that the woman suffered multiple wounds from stabs and the head was covered in blood however, she refused to treat her injuries.
The prison records didn’t include the attorney of Crumpton.
Action News Jax reports that Kenneth Crumpton was arrested Monday and was charged with aggravated assault using an armed weapon that could kill.
He was at his Nassau County Jail Tuesday on bail of $25,002.
