HUDSON, Fla. (AP) Police say the 21-year old Florida person was enraged about losing thousands of dollars during a game of cards that he set his vehicle on fire while he was inside.

The Pasco County Sheriff’s arrest report claims that the person was burnt to death following a game of cards played with Michael Psilakis in October. The investigation hasn’t revealed the victim’s name, but they have cited Marsy’s Law which is a constitutional state amendment that was created to safeguard criminals.

The Tampa Bay Times reports that the investigation started when the victim was identified as missing.

An investigator was told by a witness that they had played with the two as Psilakis suffered a loss of $3500. The witness stated that Psilakis requested if it was appropriate to kill the victim.

Psilakis is being charged with murder. He’s in jail without bond. The records don’t include an attorney who is able to be reached to discuss the case of Psilakis.
