A Florida man was issued a ticket this week for eating at the worst place possible, the most important meal of the morning.
Officers from Lakeland Police Department were alerted by a man who was eating pancakes near the intersection of Memorial Boulevard & Brunnell Parkway on March 21.
LPD reports that “the caller stated that the subject was sitting on a chair with a small television table in front of it and eating something similar to pancakes.”
After he had been tagged in a Facebook video, the officers were able locate him. Kiaron Thomas (21), a pancake-eating man, was located at his home, 100 yards away from the intersection.
Thomas claimed it was a joke, but he was actually charged with obstruction of the road and traffic disruption.
