BIG COPITT CAY, Florida. The Florida man is currently in jail for drinking alcohol after being stopped under suspicion of driving drunk.

Daryl Royal Riedel, 48 was the driver on the 14th of June and culminated in him being thrown out of his pickup truck and swallowing it right in the presence of his police officer as reported by WPLG-10.

Chef Lopez was chased by Riedel and made use of the speakerphone in his car to tell Riedel to slow down. In the retaliation, Riedel waved his hand out of the open window “as if ignoring my order,” according to Lopez’s words.
